Orders placed within Australia will be sent via Sendle and all other countries via Australia Post International Service. To access next day delivery within Australia (via Australia Post), please select the option at checkout (usual $14 rate applies). All terms and conditions regarding returns and shipping still apply – see below.

All orders are processed the next working day. Once your order has been processed and is ready to ship, you will receive an email notifying you along with a unique tracking number. You can track your order here or via the instructions found in your email.
We recommend providing a business address where possible or where someone will be able to sign for the delivery between 9am and 5pm.
^To qualify for next day delivery, your order must be placed prior to 2pm AEST Monday to Friday, and is subject to the Express Post Guarantee. If placed past this timeframe, your order will be processed the next business day.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the timeframe expected. To see anticipated time of delivery for your location, please click here. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Moreover, we do not hold responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen packages.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA
For shipping outside of Australia, we use DHL’s Express Worldwide service or Australia Post (depending on destination).

Once your parcel has been dispatched, a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your parcel by clicking on the link provided in the email.
All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure your delivery address is attended and provide a business address where possible, or such other address where someone will be able to sign for the delivery between 9am and 5pm.
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these maybe necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. RÚDI MIRO will not be held liable for any fees or taxes you may incur or if your product is seized by customs. We advise that you are familiar with your package destination’s import duty, customs and local sales taxes as well as it’s rules and regulations for importing foreign goods and products.

RETURNS
We want you to love your RÚDI MIRO but understand you may change your mind.
Simply try your purchase(s) on in the comfort of your home and should you need to send them back, you have 14-days from the date of delivery to access a full refund (via your chosen payment method).
If you require a different size, style or colour you will need to send your item(s) back for a return and re-purchase online as we don’t offer exchanges (unless there is manufacture fault or issue with the garment). Simply send your item(s) back using the returns form found in your order. This must be filled in and sent back with your item(s) to qualify for a refund. If you can’t find yours please email us.
RÚDI MIRO do not offer free returns. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges to return unwanted item(s). For faulty or damaged products please retain a copy of your postage receipt to be reimbursed. We do not accept liability for lost returns therefore we recommend using a tracked method for safe delivery.
In order to get your return back to us, please follow the below instructions:
- Put the item(s) you are returning back inside the satchel you received
- Fill out the returns label received with your order and include inside satchel
- Place the returns address sticker to the outside of the satchel and seal securely
- Visit your local post office and send it back to us

RETURN GUIDELINES:
We only accept returns in new, unworn condition
Original RÚDI MIRO garment tags must be attached
We offer 14-days from the date of delivery for you to return your item(s)
Your refund will be returned to the original form of payment used to make the purchase within 7-business days of your return being processed
Any item(s) returned outside this time frame are accepted at the discretion of RÚDI MIRO and may only be refunded as a store credit
SALE ITEMS: We do not offer refunds or exchange on sale item(s) unless deemed faulty therefore we kindly ask you to consider this before committing to a purchase
If you place an order using a gift card or credit note and choose to return an item, your refund will be issued a gift card . If it is a part payment, we will give you an option to have it returned as a full gift card or as per your part payment.
Returns that do not meet our guidelines on receipt of arrival will not be accepted and will be sent back to you
GIFT CARD & CREDIT NOTES
Gift cards and credit notes are not redeemable for cash and are to be used within six months of date upon receipt of. Unfortunately we are unable to take responsibility for any loss of a gift card or credit note nor are we able to extended the use-by-date.
